Request

Add a feature to replace the Guilded loading screen with custom HTML in the web app and in the desktop app where there will be one.

Concept

Optionally make a small design of what you want the feature to look or behave.

This feature has already been added in commit 3e34ced5a5, we just need to implement this in the settings page.
